It has been a tough couple of months trying to get the movement back in my shoulder as I was told by the Specialist that I would be lucky, with the break that I had in my shoulder blade, to get 50% of the movement back. I can now say I must be made by the good stuff, as I have worked hard and now have 100% movement back in the joint which has
shocked my specialist and also my Physio Therapist.
I have started training in the gym and swimming to build my strength back up, and I am looking forward to getting back on the bike again. Hopefully I will be getting the all clear from the Specialist this week and get started to get bike fit again.
The 2010 season has brought new challenges such as my new MarchantMx Racing Team which includes the talented 12 year old Jordan Pyne who will be challenging the Schoolboy's top BW 85's. I am also looking forward for the 2010 AMCA MX1 Championship riding the MarchantMx Honda 450F which has been tweaked by Mel at MTR Motocross, so I can have a chance against some tough competition, and with a scheduled 4 Training days at J4M54 through the year, it's going to be a busy one.
I have to also thank all of you for the support from in the paddock and to my family, so with the new season creeping up on us, I think things are now all moving in the right direction and I will to see you all back in the paddock soon.
REMEMBER! MarchantMx and MxHollis has a joint Training day at J4M54 on Friday 19th February so if you are interested, click on the training link and download an application form. |
