Burtons meeting at Stenson saw Dee Jay (left) walk away with third overall in the MX2 Expert class, against some very strong opposition on a very challenging track.

Third place in the opener followed by a sixth and a fourth was enough for his first pot in the Expert ranks, finishing behind Andy Marchant and an on-form Matt Burrows.

He has the skills required but just needs a lttle more fitness work, but at just 15 years of age, there is plenty of time.

Brother Adam (right) was plaugued with bike problems and used DJ's in one of the races but still managed to pick up a few points.
