The Bow
Start Bow
NOREI = Stand hands by sides feet together
SEIZA = Kneel down
MOKUSO = Bow your head close your eyes (Meditate)
MOKUSO YAME = raise your head and open your eyes (finish Meditation)
SENSANI ONIGASHI MATSU REI = Place your hands down on the floor and bow down
